At Home Publishing Aided rip off from magazines who leaves no checks and balances Henderson Nevada

We got a magazine Home Business connection whose website address is http://www.hbcmagazine.com in this magazine we ran into a full page article stating $2 for self stamped envelopes and make a $1000 less or more depending on your hard work. When we finally recieved our product after our $40 was sent about 2 1/2 weeks later we reviewed the package and was immediately disappointed but did follow direction and printed out the flyers and response packs flyers in possible response from the ads. When we were going and finding places where we can advertise this business opportunity we were asked did we check on the response flyers and check their validity we responded we are currently looking into updating all our information. When we did we found that the response flyers were a dead end and now we are faced with a delemma.
We are currently small business owners that got this business in order to reduce our financial liabilities from banks and potential investors and we hoped this small business would be there during lean months and slow or stop cash flow that all business may experience from time to time. We reported this because we plan to change tactics to make it a legitamate business from our end and not have anyone that answered these ads from us a further victim of this particular rip off scams.
I would appreciate a legitamate way to get our money back and bring these con-man and con-women whatever is the case to justice and expose them in order to make it hard for them or anyone else from ripping anyone off with a similar or completely new scams. I have contacted this magazine in hope they may research this company and remove them from there future publication they may or may not. All magazines, newspaper, or any media type that published these ads should also be made responsible which should include financially if they aid in these rip off scams even after they may have been warn and did nothing about it and when this happen it will make all con-personnel unwilling to place these ads because of the difficulty to place ads and make it difficult to rip off not just those who may be poor, in debt, desperate, in need, and those who may be so busy that a scheme like this can slip by unnotice until it is too late.
