I was a member with Athlethic Club for two years and made my payments month anfter month. Two years past and my contract expired and I called then one month earlier and said my contract expires in 30 days and I will not renew my membership, So I also wrote a letter and mailed it to them saying I canceled my membership. About eight months later I am buying a new car and find that the Athletic Club had reported that I owed money to the Athletic Club.

I made contact thinkink this was no big deal to fix after all I gave notice and completed paying two years. Wrong! The Athletic Club refuse to correct this problem. What do I have to do to fix this? The Athletic Club said I had to pay a $50.00 cancel fee and two months 64.00 I said what you got to be kidding this is not correct to do to people who have faithfully completed their contract with you.

Neverthe less their answer was I had to pay or they would refuse to remove the debt from my creditors. This was so wrong that I would refuse fee service from their club if it was offered simpley, Because its wrong.
