 3 days After making the purchase, I noticed a skip in transmission, I called my salesman Chris he said bring it by maintenance shop and they'll take a look at it, on July 5th I went to service dept talked with a man that said he was service manager (can't remember his name, never saw him again) I left all my information, and advised I would pay, told them to call me with diagnoses, I went to Florida for 4 days, no phone calls, I started calling them on my 3rd day there, got home on Saturday, went to find out about my car and they had parked it and done no work. Enter new service manager"Jeff Haugen" he said he would handle it and sorry for the delay, finally 3 days later Jeff called me with the bad news, I needed a new transmission, I asked if they could do the work, he said yes and quoted me the price. I agreed well 1 week later I called and wanted my car, he said he sent it out. I never agreed to that but ok, I could have sent it out, he said bad news "my timing belt broke at transmission shop and I need a timing belt" can't crank my car, I'm stuck, he assured me they could do work, by then it was July 25th, waited so on 30th I went down there and my engine was all over the ground, down to Pistons, they had bend my valves and were now rebuilding my engine, on August 4th I've had enough I called the police, and together we went down there to demand my car back, it was still in pieces on ground, I greed to pick up Friday Aug 5th, they called finally and said it wasn't ready, long story short, I finally got my car put back together on Aug 11th, picked it up. "It Leaks Everywhere worse REPAIR ever" engine and transmission shot, seals leaking, DONT EVER Go THERE, I now have a $7000 block in my driveway value now is 1000.
