Signed a contract on March 30/11 with this company for several fixes in my pool.

As of August 7/11 they have not completed the job. They made promises to finish the job and at the end they do not show up, do not respond to phone calls and messages. Total lack of courtesy, responsibility and professionalism.

Job was completed in a timely order. Customer ows a balance and is not paying us. We will not install Salt machine until bill is paid for the pool. Customer wanted us to fix something in his plumbing that is not in our contract and we will not touch it. Have customer call the office, we will be happy to speak to him.
