ATLANTIC MARCITE NON RESPONSIVE TO WARRANTY FULLFILLMENT, Internet

Atlantic Marcite does not call back to fullfill their warranty obligations.  in August 2009 our pool was cleaned and had the diamond Brite Blue Quartz color installed.  The warranty stated it was covered for 10 years by the manufacturer (SGM).  When i called Atlantic Marcite they told me to call manufacturer.  When i called SGM they stated i needed Atlantic Marcites warranty number, as they did not have a reord of our warranty in their system.  I haved left over 20 messages with Atlantic Marcite, which always goes to voicemail.  No calls have been returned to me at all.  I believe this company may not have a warranty with SGM, as they such stated when i called.  If they have our warranty information they should call us clients back so that we can have our "Peeling and holes in the pool" repaired before it gets worse.
