I worked for this company for 5 months. During that time I saw all the employees leave/be fired a total of 3 times. I received multiple calls and emails from old employees telling me to get the hell out ASAP. I needed the money, so I sat there day-in and day-out listening to Wolfgang (the owner) and Nicholas (his drug addict friend) lie to customers and drivers all day long. They told multiple people that we had our own trucks to haul the vehicles which is a LIE. They have a small office that they share with another company.
They sit in that office all day, take phone calls, and play online. Not only did Wolfgang lie to customers, he also lied to the drivers he contracted out to move vehicles for him. He would collect a full payment and need to send some to the driver and just wouldn't. He would keep it for himself. He also tried to negotiate my work hours so he could pay me less. Do a google search for Wolfgang Erbstoesser and it will turn up a criminal history filled with drug scandals. This guy is insane. I've heard him threaten customers with bodily harm, as well as employees once they wise up to his tricks.

This site has allowed this crap to be upfor over 7 years now. I can not afford to pay for this to be on the last page. These people are no better than the companies held hostage by lies. I DEMAND THAT ANYONE WITH COMMON decency to tell ripp off to go to hell!

My name is Nicholas and the employee who wrote this report was arrested outside of the office for making threats of violence against the other person listed. I do not work at this company nor have been associated with Atlas Car Transport in over 4 years. I am not going to be grossly misrepresented by a person who could not make his quota. How is it fair to me as an employee to be called names such as was listed in that report. Please understand that disgruntled employees make all sorts of accusations against not only the owner of the company, but often shoot their fellow employees as was threatened by this individual. I am not listed in any other negative reports associated with Atlas Car Transport. I will not mention names as I am better than that as a person. All I ask is for you to look at my company and tell me what negative reports are associated with it. I forgive this individual for speaking so poorly of me. What needs to be realized is the fact that I quit working with Atlas Car Transport also. It does not mean that I go and try to destroy a persons reputation for no other reason than spite. As far as accusations about my private life go. Why would'nt the individual put his name in the report? The reason is simple and true. I could sue him into oblivion for defamation of character. Please understand that I do not have time to take advantage of anyone. My life is completely dedicated to my company and family. We all have made mistakes, but if you look up my record you will not find any sort of theft AT ALL. I have never been sued nor has my company. In fact I am Insured and Bonded to this day. To have a $75,000.00 dollar Surety Bond means I have met the strictest of requirements in how I conduct my affairs regarding payment to any persons who enters into an agreement with me. Why would I risk my company in the ways described by this EMPLOYEE! No client ever mentioned me in those post. Just a person who blames others for his personal failure in business. I sencerely hope that whoever reads this message please call me directly at 832-845-1204 please.
