Atlas Services RIP OFF COMPANY PREYING ON IMMIGRANTS GLENDALE, California

 THIS IS A FRAUD COMPLAINT. WE DO NOT SERVICE THIS AREA. WE DO NOT SERVICE OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA.

As Angel, the posting party says, we did two passport pictures for her. That was all!!! This was the extent of our involvement with her. Yet she claims that we are a fraud for immigration services and have ripped of people specially Armenians and gouge customers.

How unfair one can to be...to come to our business of twenty (20) years of honest work in the community, take merely two passport pictures for $10.00, return a few days later without the pictures or a receipt and demand $48 of refund!  Apparently, Angel has sent the passport photos to Canada for renewal of her Canadian Passport and the photos were not the right size in Canada.  Had she told us she wanted the pictures for Canada, we would have trimmed them to the right size. But, she did not mention they were for Canada. Then, all she was focused on was to fight, be nasty, and get $48 from us for the photos price and $38 for shipping them to Canada. I offered to refund her $10, but she refused and continued to demand $48.00.

As much as we are accommodating to our customers all the time, this demand and her arrogant attitude was honestly too much. In fact, she threatened me personally that she would post crap in every site that she can and did this yelling and using vulgar language and profanity. She was screaming from the bottom of her stomach and called my assistant/receptionist the "B" word which made her start crying. All this while we were serving several other customers at the office.  This was the last straw that broke the camel's back. I decided we had taken enough from this unfair, impolite and arrogant customers. so, I kicked her out.  Yes! I kicked her out!!!

Aside from this one incident, we have never had any conflicts with our customers. But, enough is enough. I knew she was so much full or hatred that she would do this. In fact, she posted the exact same message in Yahoo, Google, and several other sites. I complained to them based on "abuse" of the internet and they mostly took them down. 

All said, if one rowdy customer can cause so much headache and loss of business to a well established business through malicious postings in the internet, then something is definitely wrong.

We work very hard to support our families and every year over 3000 people walk through our doors satisfied and appreciative of what we have done. The reader of this rebuttal may search us all over the net. Aside from this one malicious posting, there is nothing but praise.

Sometimes, right or wrong, a word or an action hits us deep down offending our core as a human being and we react based on the negative feeling. I reacted and did the very same thing that every human being would do. enough is enough! Ted Z.
