Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Atlas delivered my belongings late and refused to adjust the bill. They only offered to pay for half of my meal expenses in the meantime and I had to live in a house without furniture. Something has to be done to make these companies more responsible for their negligence.

The agent was not at fault. All the fault laid with Atlas because they said they couldn't get a driver to pick up my stuff. They took my shipment without getting anyone to move it!
