Atochamex moving/trucking company and their partners, trasportes castores, lost 50% of my house menage. I moved from los angeles to mexico city and after more than a month I received part of my things and lots of them were broken. Also I received things that were not mine. I paid money in los angeles to unload my things from the truck in mexico and when I received them I had to pay again. Ruben Posada is the person responsible for this matter but he has no answers, he doesn't know where my things are and is making me waste my time in order for me to lose the insurance claim, which has a time limit of two months. There was not an initial itemized list so I can't make a formal complaint to an attorney. On the web I read a complaint of Ruben Posada from another client that was ripped-off.

Atochamex is very concerned about the report that I filed on July, 2006. They sent me almost all the items that I was missing. They are trying to help me with the insurance papers and promise me to keep on looking for the remaining things. Ruben Posada is trying hard to solve the problem and I got the answers that I was expecting from him.
