At&t Wireless, Cingular Wireless ripoff-after a year att still charging me for cell phones i don't have Orlando Florida

Last year i was in a mall and a gentleman wanted me to give up my cellular service and try his at&t cell phones.

I reluctanly said i would try it. I sugned a 30 day free trial and took the phones home. The next day i couldn't get any one to activate any of the three phones. Finally, i dud get my phone activated and used it twice to call the man i talked to that i was having trouble using the phone. I never did get any help from him.

I was not satisfied with the phones or service, so i went to a reputable ups server and sent the phones back after trying to get them to work or some kind of service. I have the contract and the receipt from sending the phones back. They were certified and was suppose to sign for them. I never got confirmation of this though.

I have been charged for the phone service since i took the phones home. I have told att why would I have phone service if i didn't have the phones? I now owe them $698.00 to date and it keeps getting higher by the day.

At&t has contacted an attorney in New York that has sent me letters to pay this bill, but i refuse to pay this since i don't have the phones and didn't used their service. They have been consistant in sending me huge bills i didn't make.

I just want them to finally admit that i don't owe them anything! Truthfully, I am sick of all of tkis and tired of all the scams and deceit from people trying to make a living taking my money, when it is hard enough to get by and pay the bills i do owe.
