AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless ripoff Aurora Illinois

I requested a merge from at & t wireless to cingular wireless on 3/16/05. I received a bill from At & T wireless on 3/31/05 for total charges of $488.53. The charges were for mobile to mobile calls from my phone to my wife's phone which were a part of the plan. We had 1000 mobile to mobile minutes & only given 200 mobile to mobile minutes stating that since we merge with cingular wireless which is a part of a t & t that we were only given 1/3 month of mobile to mobile credit & charged for the remainder of the month at .40 cents per minute. We were never told when called to merge over that we would be charged for mobile to mobile minutes since the total billing month was not up. If you have 600 any time minutes & 1000 mobile to mobile those minutes should be up to the customer when they are used whether it is used in 1 week or 1 month. We asked for a copy of the agreement that documents this rule but was not provided one. We were on a month to month plan since we had not signed a agreement/contract with At&T.

They did have tv ads stating that at&t & cingular customers have free mobile to mobile.
