WHEN THE ZTE Z221 WAS UNDER WARRANTEE THE AT&T WIRELESS DEER PARK ARCHES STORE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT BACK IN 2O13 BEFORE 1 MONTHS TIME. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY ALREADY EXCHANGED IT ONCE A MONTH BEFORE. STRANGE THING IS IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS AS THE PRIOR Z221

 
THIS PHONE LASTED BARELY 2 YEARS AND I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER OUT OF MY POCKET. THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE PHONE DOES NOT READ THE SIMM CARD ANYMORE AND I CAN'T GET MY DATA OFF THE PHONE WITHOUT A NETWORK UNLOCK CODE WHICH AT&t COMPANY DENIED CLAIMING THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY HAVING THIS PHONE EVEN THOUGH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE MADE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH DEER PARK FOR ME TO GET THIS PHONE WHICH REPLACED A PREVIOUS DEFECTIVE MOTOROLA C139 .
 
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS AND THERE IS NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE!!!!!!!!!!
