Costco/ATT Kiosk. The deal was for every line or phone upgrade or brought over to ATT I would received a 100 Costco Gift Card. Pretty good deal i thought. I upgraded 4 (four) cell phones, 1-Apple 16 Pro and 3-Samsung 25s. That order (SPM163619749) was placed on Jan 17, 2025. I was told I would receive the gift cards by 4-6 weeks. It now June 2025 and I have heard nothing at all. I  have made several attempts to to contact ATT 833-950-46019 (Costco ATT Customer Service Number) they find no trace of the cards being sent or any information regarding this. I get sent to the ATT Rewards Program, one that I sincerely doubt exists, due to the fact I have never spoke with anyone there. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes, but apparently my call is important to them, during writing this reports I have been on hold for over 53 minutes. Yesterday I went to Costco ATT Kiosk, only to have the manager try try to resolve this issue. Same run around. Same hold time, same ATT black hole. I just want what was offered to me. This deal is still being offered to unsuspecting customers. Thank you for continuing to hold, please stay on the line......... I will be elevating this to Costco as well. As well as other sites to warn consumers of the misleading ATT tactics.

I hate to add Costco on this issue but the ATT Kiosk resides within the store.

To be fair, ATT Tier 2 called, but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes.

ATT Scam is still on

AUTHOR: Rory - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 05, 2025

So yet another day has passed and I have yet to receive an email, phone call, or any one trying to resolve this issue. The hook was a 100.00 Costco card per phone. I have not recieved anything. I spoke with ATT Support again tonight, and they wanted to put me on hold and I was told that I should be prepared to be put on hold for up to TWO (2) hours.
