When I ask for refund they hang up after going with another carrier.. I have never got a refund ..they give you no option to contact a live agent ...it's just a way to scam your money. Tried calling many times can not talk to live agent. They are a wealthy service and should give refunds. They are hoping to discourage you to walk away .this is not right..please reply and give me my refund.
