Not a fan of some of the customer care over there. I was talking to a salesperson about adding a new line and they asked about my home internet. I had to ask my wife who we use and I told her it seemed to work fine for us. I told her about working from home sometimes and she said she'd have someone from AT&T stop by to check a few things, followed by an email from her manager Roxanne Isley. Turns out they signed me up for business fiber which was much more expensive. I had to spend hours going through a phone tree to make sure I wasn't charged. I didn't agree to sign up for internet! This seemed very unethical.
