AT&T is the worst fraud of all time. I had thier service for 10 years for some reason the last couple years they have been overcharging every single bill thier online portal never works, i can never actually pay my bill my phone would get shut off intermittently and i would get bills for $400 $500 $600 at a time. i went into a store location and the rep told me to call customer service and said "you gotta put in the work dude" and also said his own employee discount has been missing for 5 months. This company is a criminal rip off and fraud

There is any number of MVNOs that offer excellent, unlimited service for under $20 a month. Have you tried shopping around once in a while? I like US Mobile, but there are many other good ones.
