AT&T cancel my order and did not give back my money Los Angeles CA

On march 22-25.  Saturday evening Teresa the employee cancel my order for the iPhone 16 pro which I was supposed to pickup there on march 22  25. So Teresa. Went to the back to see where it was at and was not able to find it but what Teresa did was  give me someone else's iPhone 16 pro. I told her this is not my name for the iPhone 16 pro which so Teresa went back to check again to see if she can find it. Was not able to find the iPhone 16 pro so Teresa canceled my order and I asked Teresa if she can give me back the $104.50 back to me since she canceled.Teresa told me that I will receive the $104.50 back into my account the same day which was march 22 25. When i was there with her. But I still have not received my money back. And then today on march 28 25  Friday  when I called and spoke to  2  supervisor at AT&T. I'd number of the employee there 1444297422. Daniel  and MC said that there is no transaction. So they will not refund me  back the money of $104.50 they are doing a scam  and fraud and not just that Teresa at this Att here which you see the address and phone number below here Teresa stole my $104.50 and transfer the money into her account Teresa should be charged for this is a crime  also I recommend no one ever should do any business with this fraud stealing rude and unprofessional At&T firm they should be shut down permanently I'm very sad and hurt by AT&T this cause me a lot of stress  not good on a company that supposed to be a very great company ever not true at all of AT&T  also I would like to Sue this company AT&T for all the hurt pain and stress and worrying and anxiety that AT&T put me through.
