At&t These people are scam artists All of them All of them

These people are scam artists. I am on a fixed income and generally only have money at the beginning of the month. My bill due date is the 17th. I have asked them repeatedly to change my date to the beginning of the month. They refuse. Therefore I am forced to make a payment arrangement every month around the 4th for the previous month.

Been doing this for years. All of a sudden since covid They are shutting my services off before the agreed upon date. They are doing this so they can charge me a $45 restoration fee. This has happened 4 times in the past 12 months alone. We need to band together and get an investigation started. I can't be the only one.
