AT&T Refuses To Track Employee After Harassing Me Los Angeles CA

I live in a small building that has no security or cameras. Tenants need a key to get in but it's easy for anyone to slip in when someone is walking out the door. I've noticed too many unwanted people getting in very easily. This building has no internet or cable services because the G and K property owners are too CHEAP to pay the city to open the lineup, so therefore reps don't need to be here. Most of the STUPID people who live here are hostile Koreans. They speak little English or choose not to speak English.

Three days before Xmas this Korean idiot bangs on my door with his fists which scared the crap out of me. I looked through the peephole and he kept flashing a badge but I couldn't make out what it said. He stated he was from ATT. I YELLED AT HIM TO LEAVE - HE HESITATED AND DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. I YELLED AGAIN FINALLY HE LEFT BUT DIDN'T GO TO ANOTHER DOOR JUST LEFT THE PROPERTY that I know of. There is a side door by my unit leading to the outside.

I called the company and made a complaint several times they refused to resolve the problem or investigate the scum at my door. I just called again and spoke to a young woman named Bobby at this number 800-807-4205. This was the second time I spoke to her about how this company refused to resolve the problem and investigate if the reps were on this property.

I know ATT can track employees they are told what locations to go to for soliciting services, but they don't need to be here since no services are allowed. Contractors who pose as employees with badges that say "AUTHORIZED RESELLER" ATT can't track them, but I am sure someone can.

Some idiot by the name of KESWEI or something called a week ago and told me he couldn't do anything because he needed to know what car he was driving. This is STUPID, he expected me to know this?  The guy bangs on the door with his fist like a COP scares the crap out of me and I supposed to know what car he was driving?  THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE WITH ATT.  I am NOT a CUSTOMER but I was being harrassed by an employee or contractor posing as an employee and no one wants to investigate.
