Attack! Marketing Non-payment for work performed for this company Los Angleles California

I worked as an Independent Contractor for Attack back in October 2014. Since then I have not recieved any payment, even though others that I worked with have at least received partial payment (which is still unacceptable given the amount of time that has passed).  I have contacted several different people with Attack, none of which have been able to tell me what exactly is going on, what the current status of my payment is, or when I could expect to receive it. It has been over 90 days since the work was performed. They state on their website that payments take between 30-60 days. Since it is so far past due, and despite my attempts to contact them for resolution, I now have no reason to believe that payment is forthcoming. Please avoid working with this agency at all costs, unless you enjoy working for free. I will update this if/when I ever receive resolution.
