ATT/Cingular Wireless Wont insure pda's or mda's Internet nationwide

ATT/Cingular informed me that PDA's arent insured by there insurance company, which means if you miss place the phone or its stolen or damaged after 30days you just have to purchase a new PDA and no you wont recieve a discount. You have to pay fullprice of 500.00 or sign another 2yr contract to get the discounted price which still leaves you paying 299.99 if that.

I honestly think thats just down right wrong after all the money you give month after month to them. I means what is it costing them to replace it for you, "I thought they valued there custumers" as you can see they dont. I hate to think about the people along with me who purchased a PDA with no worrys and who dont kno until its too late.
