Auction Road ripoff, Do not appear to honor refund promise, Unreasonable pricing on products Goleta California

A membership was purchased from Auction road that was said to be fully refundable, if I met a couple of conditions and was not satisfied with the service/product. I did meet their conditions as required.

I was charged $89.55 refundable and $9.35 shipping/handling.

The membership kit consisted of about 6 sheets of paper vaguely explaining how to use ebay and purchase products to sell from Auction Road.

Their product offerings are over priced, completely unreasonable.

I have seen many complaints against this company online simply by searching for "Auction road"

They appear to be fraudulent and some form of scam to steal from people seeking to earn some type of living online.

From Auction Road, I have heard only promises (when I call trying to get answers.) that they will give me a refund but no action or confirmation letters to confirm this as valid.
