BUYER BEWARE:
Spent Thousands There!  BIG MISTAKE.  STAY AWAY.

I noticed the sign when driving down the highway one day, so figured I would check it out.  Long story short, I ended up winning auctions though most were very close to the actual retail price.  I spent a great deal of money every week.  Despite being a loyal customer spending all that money, they refused to exercise any level of professionalism, customer service, or even adhere to their own policies.

My most recent order was nearly $1,100.  I had paid for it in full within the time specified, but lost track of time for their pickup deadline.  I contacted them immediately Thursday AM, and was told too bad, items have been relisted and I would be now billed $5 for each of the items, plus 5% for whatever the items sold for.  Then, I would have to two weeks AFTER I CONTACTED THEM (this would be three weeks after I paid for the items), just to get the refund, but here's the kicker, it would be for whatever price they got for my items but then with the 5% taken off and the $5 per item.  I had 23 items in this purchase.

I complained about the process and said I wouldn't shop there any more.  Melissa, the owner's wife wrote back and said my account had been closed. *LOL  Then she told me that the one item I had left (from a separate action) that I had until Wednesday 8 a.m. to pay for, was going to be relisted for non-payment if I didn't pay by Saturday at  2 pm.  All this despite the policy stated on their website.

This company is not worth the trouble dealing with.  I read some bad reviews about them online and just thought, it's disgruntled customers blowing off steam, but please, I highly encourage you to do your research on this company and take the complaints seriously.  I have to say in my own experience, I agree with others that something just doesn't seem right with this company.  Whenever we would bid, it always seemed that somebody would drive the bids up to nearly retail price.  I often wondered who would pay retail for this stuff (mostly damaged or otherwise), when you could just buy it at the store.  Just one of those things that make you think.

In the end, I am in the process now of filling complaints with the Ministry here in Ontario and also the Better Business Bureau, amongst others, as I honestly believe the company should be investigated for their practices and their so-called policies.  It seems that they just think that they can do whatever they want because it is owned and operated by a husband/wife team (according to their website).
