 This Company deploys several unethical practises that they knowingly use to deceive customers and profit by so doing. Their service policies overlap in such a way so the customer is found somehow at fault. A policy for customer pick up of an item is timed so that there are very limited windows of opportunity within a 14 day period after close of auction to arrange pickup, which therefore allows them to charge and profit from shipping if you fail to catch a time when they are actually open. The deal pricing and the outcome of auctions are surprisingly high by comparison to liquidation pricing. The so called.
