Augustine Homes is a lier ,cheap. costumer service is rude starting with Eric J. Body Arias in unprofessional racist and rude. John page is a lier too. Don't let this happened to you I had enough with Augustine Homes I hate Augustine homes for all the problems I am going trough .why they had to lie to us !!!we just wanted a home to live in peace. I have to sell my house because I wont have any privacy anymore . HOA is crazy and in fact HOA is Augustine homes. Same ripoff..
It happens to get trash everyday in my yard . Have water standing in my backyard . And goes on and on just make sure don't let this happen to you.
