Augustine Homes Don't be fooled by Augustine. They don't follow any rules and they are crooks. Culpeper Virginia

The previous complaints including the recent one are all strongly consistent with what I have experienced. Augustine has poor build quality and craftmanship.  They also did a horrible job installing hardwood in my house. The hardwood on the stairs is inconsistent. The floor creaks, there are places with nails jutting out, the carpeting is not installed well, and the paint job is horrible. 

Augustine will not follow up with the warranty work. If you complain to them, they will refer you to John Paige who is very dishonest in his dealing. Sal Migliore is very deceiving. He doesn't care about anything. You can try telling him about a problem and he will try to put the blame on you. He is selfish and malicious and will put John to communicate with you.   

A lot of the businesses and business people associated with Augustine have left.  They cannot deal with the lies, the manipulations, and the crookedness of Augustine.

Their HOA is composed of Sal Migliore as the President and Nancy Curtas as the manager. And they are crooks.  They don't follow the covenance. A lot of neighbors have wooden fence when it states in the covenance that wood fence is not allowed. There are neighbors who are constantly pulling out plants and trees, and re-planting all day long. Some have massive water fountains, skate board ramps, jungle gyms and all these are prohibited as stated in the covenance.  But the HOA manager doesn't care. The HOA plays favorite with some of the home owners while harassing others unlawfully. There are some aggressive neighbors who are physically assaultive and yell at other neighbors but the HOA will not do anything.
