Aurora Loan Services Lost payment, Suspended Escrow Account, Over charges added Littleton, Scottsbluff Colorado, Nebraska

First started when they applied my payment to someone elses account. It took 27days to find the payment. In the process, a late charge was added to my account. They would not remove it.

Then this shifted the next payment to be late and another late charge to be added. At this point they would not accept two payments. So they sent the checks back to me and demanded that they be put into one check w/ correct amount w/ late charges. This caused a 60day delay on my credit report.

Then at the beginning of this year Escrow was underestimated and they raised my payment to accomadate. Just last week I received a letter that my escrow account has a surplus and wanting to know how I would like to handle that account. I had to sign a letter of acknowledgement and let them know what to do w/ the surplus.

And believe it or not---I am still dealing w/ the late charges from last fall that were added in their mistake.
