AURORA LOAN SERVICES PREDATORY LENDING AND WILL NOT NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH SCOTTSBLUFF, Nebraska

for the last 14 months i have been trying to get a loan modification with aurora loan services, providing them with 4 to 5 sets of complete packages of documentation,only to be told that they are too old and needs a new package,i had to hire a loan modification attorney which i paid $3400.00 but did little work.finally aurora told me that they would do my modication but the payment was $3400.00 per month and i provided them again copies of my pay stub, tax returns for the last 2 years and 2 month bank statement to show proof that the payment was too high,i then i  hire a realtor to do a short sell and they received the paper work and said it look fine after my realtor found a buyer that offer $260,000 for my house, well they waited untill the last second to tell me that i was missing a single documentation and it was too late to submit it , they told my realtor that my house would be sold on trustee sale at the court house, this to me makes no good business sense, after all they were bail out by the u.s. goverment but they would not help us with the short sell.they were mad because i did not take their unrealistic offer on there loan modification.the sale date is september 13,2010.in the san bernardino, court house. can anyone out there help. the lenders are taking advantage of all the home owner in this country and no one in the goverment agency cares to do anything about it.
