We own a construction company times have been hard. We fell behind a couple months and sent Aurora $7000 Cashiers Check they took the money for fees and said we were still behind. So we fell farther behind. We hoped with the new laws our rate would be lowered from 7.75% and our payment, but they refuse to help. They said sell the house, we went with a company to help reduce payment and % and they have now served forclosure papers. This is the worst mortgage company, they do not want people to keep their homes.
