Austin Boats and Motors Sell boat, then don't honor warranty Austin,  Texas

I bought a brand new boat from Austin Boats and Motors in June of 2015. The following season my check engine light came on (27hrs). When I talked to the dealer, I was told they no longer work on my type of boat. The specific claim was that they no longer service Glastron jet boats as they did not continue their contract with the distributor.

As frustrating as that is, the issue was not so much that they no longer service a boat which they just sold me. The primary issue was that they were incredibly dismissive and were very unhelpful. After a second visit to the shop, I required they direct me to someone that could help me ensure my boat error codes were not hazardous to its function. They ultimately directed me to a jet ski repairman who charged me to review the check engine light codes, which should have been under warranty. 

This could be a one off experience and unusual or it could be how they handle business. In either case, I will not be buying another boat from this dealership.
