Austin Boats And Motors The General Manager is a lying thief Lakeway Texas

The general manager and owner of Austin Boats and Motors is a lying thief. He has tried to rip my friends and I off several times on our boat services and repairs. I hace even over heard him tell his employee to charge me much more than I should be. At one point he told me I would be better off just to buy a new boat from him rather than to keep servicing mine. The boat I own is three years old and has no problems. All I could think was, I only believe that he is telling me this because my boat didnt come from his dealership. Not only that, but every time I come in theres a wgole new staff. I wonder why that is? Maybe its because no one wants to work for a thief who try's to rip people off. I was taking my boat here because in was next to my home in Lakeway.

I now will drive the extra twenty minutes and take my boat to South Austin Marine, where they have been nothing but nice. I now plan to by a new Formula from them in the fall just because of their outstanding customer service. Not the Crownline that they told me was just as good as a Formula. The manager even told me that their dealership was on the top 100 list. Another lye!! I looked it up and they havent been on for years. South Ausyin Marine is!!

Now I plan to go pay/spend the extra money at South Austin due to their fantastic service. When I buy boats I pay cash, and I am more than willing to take my buisness, and the buisness of my friend anywhere except AUSTIN BOATS AND MOTORS!! Buyers, Beware.
