-They first go on online websites where you list your car, and get your information.
-Then they call you and say that they have a potential buyer, and that their customers are people with bad credit, therefore they will pay your asking price + a little more (which will make sense in the next step).
-They explain that they they have a fee of US$ 500, but the sale is basically guaranteed, and you will not even have to take it from your pocket, as the buyer is going to pay a little more than asking price.
(So you think it kind of make sense, and out of desperation for selling your car, you pay the fee)

THEN...

-You contact them, and they rarely answer the phone. And when they do and you ask to speak to the sales person that convinced you to pay the fee and is handling the sale, but he is NEVER available. And he never calls back!!
-They don't answer your emails anymore...
-You CAN find some of your ads online that they posted, but try to contact them pretending you are a buyer, and they NEVER respond. Proving they are not doing anything!

So...
-There are NO cases of a successfully sale!
-You have an impossible time trying to get the $400 "refundable" after 90 days.
-They walk away with either your $100 or the full $500 without doing anything.
-You are still stuck with your car.

Notes: They try to cover themselves by answering the phone and being "nice", so they can say that they were trying to help. They also record your voice giving the credit card, so it's hard to fight them in court later. They post a few ads on free web sites, to also try to cover their scam...
