I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and I deeply regret my purchase. My credit was not great and I've been rebuilding it for several years. I needed a vehicle and saw a vehicle I particularly liked. When I test drove the vehicle, the saleswoman told me Mustangs are hard generally hard to shift. I was baffled by this. This clutch was a little on the hard side. I thought nothing of it at the time as I had never driven a Mustang. I also have too much faith in individuals as I was clearly lied to and had no idea. No less than two months later the car started having major issues. The car was practically non driveable. I accepted as is, I didn't contact automasters because I read enough poor reviews about their service in fixing customers vehicles that I chose to deal it with myself. The entire transmission was blown but I was able to drive it with much difficulty until it started falling apart--LITERALLY falling apart a year later.

I decided to check my files at home and see if I still had the original carfax they gave me when I purchased the vehicle. I DID so I bought another carfax and compared. I was very sad to see that the carfax I was given had been altered. To my horror and advice from my attorney, I gave up and I traded it in, accepted my negative equity and purchased a new Mustang.

These guys are absolute scumbags. The worst of the worst. They recently defrauded a poor high school student. Clearly they believe in no boundaries in how they treat their customers. Don't shop here. YOU DO have better options. Leave these scumb bags to ROT.
