Auto Palace Employee: Jay Torres Ripped off, scammed, fraud, defrauded, crooks, criminal, predatory lending Woodside, New York

Around labor day 2010 I started dealing with Jay Torres at Auto Palace on the purchase of a vehicle. I was purchasing a 2005 Lexus LS430 (VIN# JTHBN36F755019032) through a private party and Jay Torres was going to finance the deal for me. He insisted he could finance the deal and insisted I put down a $1,000 cash deposit. In the beginning of October he told me to get insurance as the deal was nearing completion and I did just that. But then the deal never went through and he tried over the next month but because he was trying to set up the loan fraudulently claiming the purchase price was more than it was and that I was putting money down when I wasn't. Mid/late November when he told me this deal wasn't going to go through he stopped calling/returning calls. When I would go by the dealership he would conveniently not be there. I received no assistance from any of the employees there for months. I get nothing but the runaround including other employees at the dealerships randomly claiming to be managers (namely a gentleman named Hector who refused to give me his last name) and the final straw was when the supposed dealership General Manager name Angel said they will not help me Jay is not their employee even though he claims to be their employee and is advertised as such. They refuse to give me info so I can get my insurance money refunded and refuse to refund my money. Even the receptionist refuses to put me through to management. Clearly this place is full of nothing but crooks who commit fraud to get deals and if this isn't an example of predatory lending then I don't know what it. The insurance company also refuses to refund my money because they need "more information". Can someone please assist me????
