JAY FINANCE MANEGER , ANGEL SANTIAGO AND DANNY,I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM AUTO PALACE FROM ANGEL AND JAY,THESE LIARS TOLD ME TAKE $ 8000 IN FEES NOW BECAUSE BANK REQUIRES THESE FEES,I WILL GET BACK ALL THE MONEY IN FEW MONTHS WHEN I REFINANCE,I CHECKED WITH THE BANK AND MY ATTORNEY.THEY TOLD ME I WAS CHEATED BY THESE SCAMMERS,I AM A SINGLE MOM AND JUST LOST MY JOB, I WAS EXPECTING $8000 TO COME BACK TO ME. I AM NOT GOING TO LET THESE CROOKS GET AWAY WITH THIS EVEN IF I HAVE TO SIT OUTSIDE THE DEALER WITH MY KIDS HOLDING SIGNS AND HOPE FULLY GET MEDIA COVERAGE SO THAT THESE SCAMMERS DO NOT GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE, NEVER EVER BUY ANY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

If some of the extra fees involve finance products such as vehicle service agreements or insurance products these are refundable. I need more information to know what kind of extra fees you paid. If it was fees the bank charged to do your financing you are out of luck. Read about hidden bank fees and how much extra you may have to pay for having credit problems at my blog
