I placed an order for several items and received only some of them. The shipping notice had credit written by the missing items. When I called to inquire on my credit, the service rep seemed to be clueless as if they did not show any record of the order being incomplete. After more than a month calling them to get my money refunded, I gave up and disputed the charge with the credit card company.

This company lures you with low prices on merchandise they do not have in stock. They are rude and appear to be clueless when you call. They do not provide you with a tracking number unless you call and even then you have to wait a few days to receive it via email. If you want to save yourself some aggravation do not buy from this company.
