Auto Parts Warehouse Refused to communicate, added extra charge, refused to pay return on items not ordered Carson California

I ordered several body parts for my S10 pickup. Within several days one carton of parts arrived and I was satisfied with what I saw. Several days later two identical packages arrived with identical parts. I immediately reported the double shipment only to get verbal abuse from the individual I talked with. The end result was that in order to get my $400. plus for the returned parts I had to pay the return shipping myself.

I waited and waited for evidence that the return arrived at Auto Parts Warehouse and upon contacting them there was no response. After repeated contacts and getting positive proof that the returned parts had arrived from UPS I began to work on the refund. It took sometime to get evidence that a refund had been credited to My credit card. I never did get an answer from Auto Parts Warehouse. Apparently they do not communicate after they get your money.

When the credit card statement arrived there were entries indicating the charges for the two identical orders, another separately shipped order and the refund; however, there was another charge listed at about the time of the refund the details of which I cannot get information. My inquiries regarding that charge have never been responded to and I have made no lest than five inquiries.

There is no doubt, from my experience and that of others, that this outfit is operating in many illegal areas, are out to fraudulently bilk the public and need to be put out of business. I am contacting my State Attorney
General's Office and will pursue this on any way open to me.
