Auto Parts Warehouse this company is misleading and does not fix customer problems Carson California

this company is deceptive. they opperate out of the phillipines. they do not work out of the usa. they sell you parts and have them shipped from usa manufacturers.

i bought a part from AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE (herein; apw) (also car parts. us auto parts, and the parts bin). they did not have a picture to verify it was correct. they said it would ship in 24 hours. 4 days later i check the status. i had to call them because the website showed it was still processing. i was told it was backordered and would be several weeks. i called the manufacturer and found out that the part i was asking for was not available yet. the part they sold me was wrong. i called apw back and they said they would cancel the order.

3 days later i got and email giving me a fedex tracking number. i called back and they said the cant cancel orders. i would need to refuse the shipment and they would refund me when they got it back. THE TRUTH IS that you actually have to have a return authorization. and then send it back to them. keep in mind they did not ship the part, manufacturer did. according to them it would have to go to the phillipines then back to the usa for a refund.

after 8 calls, nothing, no refund, no confirmation. every time a called, they had not record of the prior calls. i paid with PAYPAL. i started complaint through paypal. it was quickly escalated to a claim. after confirmation of the part going back to the sender (not apw), the catch 22 begins. i did not follow their rules. however they told paypal they would refund the money. 7 days. i waited 9 and had nothing. i called apw again and again no record of me or paypal calling. and apw dont answer emails. paypal issued a reversal after they gave up trying to communicate with them.
i have never been lied to as much as this. i was left on hold forever, hung up on, told everything under the sun.

i have 2 websites for you to look at and decide.
this one is a corprate financial statement claiming to be a californa company. the phone listed answers as "perfect fit parts"
