Order a part on 10/5, got a conf # and tracking # on 10/6, when in and looked at the tracking # and it was deliver to a different address than mine. Call no customer service and was told to call fedx and have them pick it up and deliver to me. Finally 12 days later after calling every other day I get someone who tries to find out what happen. I said Fedx had contacted shipping and should have call me, but they had not.
Why can't a company treat us as a customer, my credit was appproved and they shipped, if it goes wrong why can't we get what we order and handle the screw up as it comes about. I would be happy to ship it back it Fedx finally showed up with it. Well 23 days later I put in dispute with my credit card company. I hope after I get the credit the part gets to me and Auto Parts Warehouse has to call me to get the part to them.
