Suckered into a vehicle which I did not want. They would not take no for an answer. Want $1000.00 down but told me not to tell the bank I post dated two checks. Have repeatedly told them to come get the car as I don't want it and can't afford it as a single parent of two.

The one tire ended up so bad it will not hold air. One of the salesman leaves little "white lies" on my machine to get me to call him back. Awful experience. Avoid them at all cost.

#2 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Dishonest and Lies

AUTHOR: Dina - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 23, 2004

Rami's response is a complete lie. Most of this response was fictitious and lies. It was not buyer's remorse but inability to afford such a ridiculous and dangerous car. Rami was rude and demeaning on the phone and actually hung up on me when I called for help. A new, less expensive car was never offered but now that it is in his response I will demand that or my car back as per the contract signed.

You are a dishonest, lying individual. Apparently you didn't get the whole story from Scott Morales as you are being untruthful and defensive. You called the guy that supported this website a "deranged guy that runs it" yet you willingly used it for your response. I also demand you keep the personal info on me, my family and my personal affairs under the Privacy Act as protected by law. I will be contacting my attorney again this next week, so if you would rather work this out prior, that is fine or it can go thru the process.

Our side of the story

AUTHOR: Rami Shureh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 22, 2004

Dina came to Autotown asking for help in getting her into a vehicle. We helped her overcome many challenges to enable her to get good, reliable late model vehicle. The vehicle was a 2003 Chrysler Concorde, 1-owner, local trade, still under factory warranty. It had just got to us from a local Chrysler dealer after being inspected and given a clean bill of health the day Dina purchased the vehicle.

At the time of the transaction, she thanked us many times and expressed her grattitude for our help saying that she was a single mother with 2 children and needed this vehicle.

She traded in a vehicle that was on a high loan rate and the loan we obtained for her was approximately 8% lower than what she was paying.

This buyer had a case of buyers remorse several days later and tried to return the car.

After our conversation with her, in which we offered her another less expensive car, she declined.

As for the tire situation, we were never informed about that problem, the vehicle was parked in front of her place of residence with a flat tire and she ignored the problem.

We don't like to see unhappy customers and not sure what we did wrong.
