The Saturn, the car autotown sold us, cost us thousand of $ to repair and now the engine is gone. The Cadillac cost Susanne lots of money to repair, because autotown were using Susanne car for them personal use while trying to sale her car I am not only going to file my lawsuit I will go to DMV, to the business burro and I will file another police report because autotown did not take responsibility for them action or criminal behavior of them business associate which action cost us 8 months of life, danger on freeways, time of work and emotion pain. I, Susanne met Kazoglou, the owner of Auto Town at the action.I trust this person and I left my 2006 CTS Cadillac at his dealership to sell. My boyfriend and I Jason Wolf bought a supposed reliable car to drive to work from Mr. Kazoglou. I left my car Cadillac to sale and Jason bought Saturn from Auto town. The owner, Kazoglou gave us dealer ship warranty to fix the Saturn if any thing will happen to the car. I Jason Wolf, my Saturn keeps braking down, I drop off the Saturn 4 times at the Auto town mechanic for repairs, the repairs took 2 to 3 weeks for each repairs and 2 days later of driving it broke again and again. 6 months after the unsuccessful repairs I realize that Mr. Kazoglou did not do any repairs just hold my car for weeks and just did illegal repairs by put my life in danger. The Saturn motor belt rip off on the freeway, the tires blow off another time on freeway. I ended up do all those repairs myself and then the engine broke down on free way. The Auto town funny business as undisclosed of the car problems, 4 times of unlawful fake repairs cost me losing my job because I was late to work by sitting on the freeway waiting for the town truck 3 times. 4 times of towing the car from the parking space because it won’t started, one time towing because the auto town did not send me registration. The Auto town rescues my life by not properly repairing my car for weeks and sends me on a freeway with unsafe car. I took the bus to work for 4 month because the car constantly was in Auto town possession for repairs they did not perform. Mr. Kazoglou took my pain as a joke. After all the Saturn mechanical problems, I decided to give the Saturn away and buy another car. I went to the DMV to find my title to Saturn. Mr. Kazoglou never gave me the title even I paid in full for the car. I went to DMV and I have been advised that the title has been send to Auto town and Mr. Kazoglou put a lean on my title. Susanne was out of town at the time and when she did return we immediately went to pick up her Cadillac at Auto town, which was not sold for 4 months. Susanne her black 2006 Cadillac totally distorted, 2 of her new tiles where blow off, the front bumper and the back bumper were damaged and scratched, the cluster was broke. Mr. Kazoglou explained to her that he reprogram the computer that why the cluster broke by taking it out to reprogram her computer. Susanne has been advised that her exhaust need to be replaced, instead of repairing the exhaust Mr. Kazoglou opened the cluster by breaking it and reprogram her computer so her Cadillac does not show any of the problems. Susanne called the police, because she found her car totally destroyed and Auto Town refused to give her car back and my title until we pay them $650. We ended up paying $650 to Auto Town for the Cadillac to be released, and I get the title to the Saturn with a lien on it. We pay $650 for selling us broken Saturn, keeping the title to it, putting a lean against it, destroying Cadillac completely, taking our time from work, putting our lives in danger and 8 months of unpleased time dealing with this situation.
