Auto Transport Group. Edward, Anthony, (Tony?) Unfulfilled contract, lied to about pick up, worst customer service EVER! Palm Beach Gardens Internet

Originally contracted with ATG Feb. 27. Edward was my point of contact, and sounded like everything would be fine and easy. Requested vehicle be picked up and shipped Apr 2-9. A 7 day window for pick up, on the 9th I called to see why vehicle had not been picked up. Edward answered and said I'll find out and get back to you. We'll that was one of many times we would hear that.

On the 13th I called his line again and got no answer, now they stopped answering calls. Finally on the 17th I spoke with Anthony at ext. 101, he says this is crazy, your truck should have moved and I will find out what happened.  He doesn't call back I track him down and And he says that they are having trouble finding a driver to pick up my vehicle. Certainly wasn't a problem for them to take my 180.00 deposit to hold my spot on a truck?

Well I am really tired of the lies and the B.S. At this point,my wife calls and she gets the same line from some guy named Tony, (aka Anthony?). So now after 2 months of waiting, 180.00 and being led on and lied too i need help and resolution now. Beware stay away from these guys, BTW I spent 21 years in the US Army  and yea I've deployed alot and believe me this place is total CRAP,
