In October goods were purchased on Autographs America but they never arrived in Australia.  We have sent several emails asking them to follow up our missing goods but never received any response. 

Out of frustration, we sent a bogus inquiry about some album covers and not surprisingly received a response immediately.  When I replied to that email about our 'lost' goods, again, there was response.  This has taken place over a 3 month period. 

Not only have we paid for goods that we have never received, it appears that the goods may have been fakes anyway.
