Autographs America Charged an additional almost $300 to my credit card, and refuses to refund the money Maplevalley , Washington

There is a lot of reports from a wide range of websites saying how this company sells fake items, and this is probably true. I was not really worried about it being genuine for the price I paid, which was just under $80 for a "Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band Signed 10 Inch Drum Head".

My huge issue is that they charged my aunt's credit card ( I do not have one, and she was nice enough to do this favor for me) for the purchase price of $78 near the end of November 2010. When my aunt got her statement in January it showed that on December 13th 2010, they took an additional $280 off her credit card. It is now March 7, 2011, and the money has not yet been put back onto her credit card, they keep saying that they will e-mail her a confirmation when they get to it.

So if you are looking for authentic items please do not buy from this company, and if you are looking for honest company's that won't just take money from your credit card when they want to and hope that you don't notice, then don't use this company.

I wish I did a little more research, and not get an idea for a really good Christmas present, and jump on the first sale I seen. I hope this report helps somebody else not get ripped off, and frustrated like I (and my poor aunt) have been.
