AUTOLOG AUTOLOG, Lost my Vehicle, Lied to Me, Deliverd 1 FULL Month LATE Linden, New Jersey

Made the very UNFORTUNATE mistake of choosing AutoLog to ship my car from Rhode Island to California.

AutoLog quoted an "estimate" of delivery in 3 weeks. I didn't not pay the extra $100 to "guaranty" the shipment date, or they would be forced to deduct money for each day the car was late.

When the car wasn't delivered in 3 weeks, I called them, and they could NOT TELL ME where the car was.

When the car wasn't delivered in 4 weeks, I called back, and they told me it was in a "shipyard" in New Jersey.

When the car wasn't delivered in 5 weeks, I called back, and they told me it was on a truck in West Virginia.

When the car wasn't delivered in 6 weeks, I called back and they told me it was on a train in Georgia.

When the car wasn't delivered in 7 weeks, I called them back and they told me they couldn't tell me where the car was.

In the eight week, I EXPLODED, and 4 DAYS LATER, I received a call from someone in Freemont, CA telling me they had my car.

I went to pick up the car AND:

1. The front fender was dented.
2. The battery was dead
3. The car was so filthy, I had to run it through a high powered car wash 3 times to get all the caked on MUD off the car.
4. The car had been ransacked; the center console was stolen, the rear view mirror was stolen, the ashtray was stolen, the shift knob was stolen, and the CLUB and Club key (off the key ring) were stolen.

Autolog warned me not to leave personal items in the car, but I never thought in a million years that their carrier /delivery people would steal ITEMS THAT WERE ATTACHED to the vehicle. And to steal my club, and the key off the key ring, was so ridiculous.

Needless to say - I'd never use this company again, if they were the last shipping company on earth!!!!

So - if you're into waiting 2 months for a car that is promised to be shipped in 3 weeks, have your car travel all around the country, on ship, train and trailer truck, get it back so dirty that you can no longer tell what color it is, and to have everything but the kitchen sink removed from the car, then call Autolog - they'll be sure to make you VERY HAPPY!!!

I was surprised the seats weren't stolen too! This company is so BOGUS - PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!
