Automar car sales Eliseo Gave me false information and wont return my calls Kissimmee, Florida

I went to Automatically Car Sales to purchase a vehicle. I was offered to pay either biweekly or weekly. I chose to pay biweekly but was denied. When I returned home I looked at my papers I noticed I was to begin paying the following Monday. I had told Eliseo that I was starting to work on Monday April, 8th. I called Eliseo and he consistently told me that he told me it was either weekly or No deal!! That is false, that was not told to me. The following day, I returned to car dealer Where he continued to lie and promise he will call his superior to change the start of the payments. Once again I do not receive that call. I am now without a solution nor money to buy a new vehicle.
