automar car sales liars cheats and theives hialeah, Florida

i was draw to auto mar through an ad in autotrader magazine displaying a van for 1299.  when i arrive at the dealer the van was the in ok condition.  i told these people that i would like to buy the car. wo go in the office and start to fill in the paper work. i drive off with the car 29 days pass and im still driving with a paper tag. i go there to get my metal plate and the lady says oh we didnt file for your plates you have to do your self. in the paper work for the car included tag and title. i told her no i paid you for the tag you have to file. so she prints me a nother 30 day tag. so another 20 days pass still no metal tag. i go there again and she tells me oh im going to do it today.  its should be there by weeks end. i called on friday she acted as if she had no clue of what im talking about. by this time i hadnt recieved the title either. so i went to the tag agency to find out if she had filed for my plates and title.  they had no record of the transaction, the requests but the did have record of a lein on the van that was sold to me belonging to some company other that automar.  i contacted the leinholder to find out what the deal was, and the only thing they wanted to know was where the car was. two days later my car was gone . called the police and i was told the car had been repossed.  how can the car i just paid cash for only 60 days before be repossed. i hired a lawyer and was told that automar still owed the auction for the vehicle and they sold it to me just to make a buck. when i applied for the tags and title the auction now had my address and knew where automar was "hiding" the van. needless to say when i went back to automar to get my money back all they could say was sorry no refunds. please people beware do not give these crooks the chance to rip you off. stay away from this place they just want your money. and my case is currently being pursued in court.
