These people are a bunch of rafters arriving from Cuba to come and take advantage of people. They are super friendly at first of course to get you to buy their cars. As soon as you drive off the lot they treat you with no respect. I had an issue with my car the second day called them and they expected me to drive the car 45mins back down to them when the wheel was just dangling. Their "certified" mechanic is certified in ripping people of. My transmission is done for which will cost 1700.00. They sold my loan to some company with out first notifiying me of this change. I was making my payments to them and their rude receptionist who barely speaks english proceeds to push my buttons threatning me that my car was going to be repossed. Dont buy from these illegal immigrants who are only in this contry to rip us real americans of our hard earned money.

They are required to tell you if the car is being sold "AS IS" or if it is covered by a warranty. If it was sold "AS IS" then you would have signed paperwork to that effect and instructs you there is no warranty of any kind. It means exactly what it says, you agree to buy the car exactly as it is, problems and all, and takes them off the hook for any and all free repairs if any are needed. Secondly, there is absolutely no requirement to inform you about the sale of your loan. They do not need your approval either. The sale of loan paper is done all the time. The actual loan does not belong to you...it is owned by them. Thirdly, how do you know they are illegally in this country?
IN SUMMARY
1. An "AS IS" sale means there is no warranty of any type and you buy the car, problems and all without recourse.
2. They own the loan and they can sell it to anyone without your notification or approval.
3. Just because you don't like them or the car they sold you "AS IS", that is not proof of there possible illegal status in this country.
Enjoy your "AS IS" car.
