Automotive warranty advisors AWA RIP OFF! Scammed me out of 2,000$ Pompano Beach, Florida

Oh I wish I did more research before I bought my extended warranty by these scammers! It all started when I had some electrical problems with my car. I thought I had " Piece of Mind " (as they advertise). The bill was about 1400$ total. The dealership told me the warranty would not cover any of it. they refused to pay saying its not in my policy. I basically paid it myself and that was that. A couple months later my car breaks down again this time with a computer problem. Same thing dealership says they refuse to pay, again!! They have 2000 of my dollars and they made it seem like I had the best policy I could get in California! All a bunch of lies!! I had it out with them and they don't care.. just hung up in my face! Again, I sucked it up and paid to get my car fixed. Now, a year later... My transmission mount breaks and my tie rods are worn. They want another 1000$ for this problem. Again, I have the dealership call my warrany in hopes they can help me pay for this. The warranty tells the guy that they don't like the price he is giving them for the transmission mount and for him to tell me to take it sonewhere else. The AWA also tells them they will not pay for my tie rods ( the most expensive part anyway go figure)! As I get this info, my car guy tells me he cannot believe that they are treating me like this when I pay for this service. He also told me he didn't jack up the price for the transmission mount and he was giving it to them at a dealer price. I'm so mad! why should I take my car somewhere else to make it convenient for them when they don't do anything for me. I call the AWA to tell them again they have my money now help me pay or give me my 2000 back so I can take care of the problem myself! Again they tell me they don't like the price the dealership told them about the mount, I told them fine just pay what you want to on the mount ( that way I can at least get some of my money back ). The lady says hold on I don't even think its covered anyway... puts me on hold for ten min. She comes back on the line and tells me mam, the transmission mount is not even covered on this policy anyway. I'm so mad at this point, they admitted they had to pay for it before, but now they are going back on their word. I finally google their name and was amazed how many scam and rip off reports there was about these people!! I'm mad at myself for not looking at this info before! I feel so stupid and whats worse is I'm broke this month and can't afford to pay for my car. Which I need for work and to take my daughter school. I really hope we can get some sort of a class action law suit on these people and get justice and our hard earned money back!!
