Received 3rd **EXTREMELY URGENT TIME SENSITIVE** letter that is making the False claim my vehicles warranty is expired or about to expire soon so call now! Offer expires the day after it was delivered , talk about a gotta do it now scheme.

First off my vehicle has 2 more years and the mileage is nowhere near expiration of warranty either, when I contacted my dealership they said don't believe this offer and the factory doesn't give out anybodies vehicle info to companies like this misleading claim.

Filed complaint with the WestFloridaBBB twice on this False claiming expired warranty company that has no vin# and states no affiliation with any dealership, but can make the claim that your vehicles' warranty is about to or has expired already. I asked the WFBBB where did this company get my info and second time to stop sending this scam warranty offer ,The companys' 1st response was the government did some survey and stated that every US citizen has at least 2 vehicles at their household and since we are not affiliated with any dealership we carry no responsibility for statements made on any vehicle.

Which is avoiding the question I asked for what I wanted this company to do in the WFBBB box and how can they make this claim on my vehicle without a vin# , vehicle make /model? Which you have to give them when calling their warranty specialists because they cannot make any outbound calls. My response was again where did they get my info from? and how can they make these claims when they have no vehicle identification #/make/model of any vehicle that suppossedly the warranty is expired or about to expire soon?

Well before the 2nd response from this unscrupulous misinformed lying company and feeling the same response from the WFBBB as before saying the "ACCREDITED COMPANY" (which means their paying the WFBBB to be on their site with a B rating responds to consumer complaints within time and the BBB feels they answer/fix consumer complaints to satisfaction) meets our satisfaction in responding when they never answered any question properly and is still making False expiring warranty claims on my vehicle that is stated in their letter.

Anyways I called this company and gave my confirmation number on their letter then asked Brian (before he asked for my vin#/mileage) by the way where did your get my info from? Oh the dealership he answered. Then I asked what vehicle are you saying the warranty is expiring or about to expire? Um I need the vin# and mileage first he said, so I replied well if you got my information from the dealership shouldn't the confirmation number on your letter have all my info in your computor already? No I need the vin#/mileage first then I can let you know what kind of warranty we can provide he answered.

So you really don't have any info on my vehicle or it's warranty? Then he got a little rude and said what's your vin#/mileage and I said well I don't really need you warranty because my vehicle has 2 more years and the mileage is far away from expiring and I just wanted to know if you guys really knew my vehicle info or guessing and he hung up quickly.

2nd response came from the WFBBB saying that we get our info from our marketing dept. which get's it from hundreds of sources and if this offer doesn't apply to this consumer disreguard the letter, and the WFBBB cannot do anything now but will keep your info in our files Have a good day. What a BS response this was again hundreds of sources my a** , I don't have any credit cards/never filled out anything anywhere with my info on it and they are not affiliated with any dealership which I stated this to the WFBBB twice.

So I had to send back an email to the WFBBB which I said if you believe their marketing dept has hundreds of sources of getting my info when I have no credit cards/never filled out any forms anywhere and they are not affiliated with any dealership or did my dealership give my information to such a misleading warranty company , it must be because this company is accredited and pays to be on the BBB site. How can they make claims that my vehicles warranty is expired or about to expire when they have no vin#/make/model of any vehicle?

Plus I called them and asked for this info and they couldn't tell me what vehicle they are making expired warranty claims on either. Something is going on here with the WFBBB and this company VERY SHADY partnership , because anyone can read and see their contradictory responses with inproper information on any vehicles warranty status and their response that if this offer doesn't apply to this consumer then disreguard this letter. How can anyone not read/see this companiy has no proper information , very very shady partnership between the WFBBB and this unscrupulous company I wrote back to the WFBBB.

Anyone can websearch this companys' name and see all the complaints, a TV investigation and Missouri Attorney General scam claims on this company Automotive Warranty Advisors. Since the West Florida BBB doesn't believe this is a scam/misleading offer everybody else can see for themselves what really this company is a telemarketing buying mailing list LIER, which if their gonna LIE about this info what else would they be willing to not tell the consumer?

Like Ripoff Report says about the BBB "The Fox guarding the Hen house"

Sheesh
